With incredible depth of experience in the nuances of restaurant real estate, Carter Wilson started Blue Plate Network in 2012 based on one principle: quality over quantity.

Intent on bucking the widely accepted notion that brokerage is merely a transactional game, Carter made it his mission to be 100% client-focused in a meaningful way. Blue Plate is not just intent on opening more restaurants; we’re about sustained and steady expansion into the right communities where long-term loyalty and success can be found.

Carter’s 20 years of commercial real estate experience and deeply-rooted network of relationships provide a cornerstone for Blue Plate’s services. Contrary to ordinary real estate brokers, Carter has a natural tendency for a meaningful, client-centered approach that sets Blue Plate apart. He is skilled in creating opportunities and is respected as a tough negotiator.

Cameron Hays
Analyst

Cameron joined Blue Plate as an Associate in 2021. Originally from Chicago, Cameron graduated from The University of Alabama, where he concentrated on Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurial Management. During his time at Alabama, he served on the Executive Board of the Culverhouse Real Estate Society, was a part of the Institute of Real Estate Management, and had multiple internships in Commercial Real Estate and Construction Management. Cameron is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Texas and a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Vickie Ulrich
Operations

Vickie is an office management professional with 23 years of industry experience. She joined Blue Plate in 2021 and oversees daily operations, schedule coordination, and a wide array of tasks essential to Blue Plate’s success. Vickie earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and enjoys spending time with family and traveling in her spare time.
